Our well-equipped facilities, including mobile mechanics, with top of the line equipment and technical fluid power expertise enable Wil-Tech to provide preventative maintenance programs, as well as repair and replacement services for our client’s accumulators.

Our accumulator technicians strive to make working with Wil-Tech an easy and stress-free process, while providing the highest quality service and workmanship. Inspection

Wil-Tech provides accumulator inspection services across a wide variety of applications and industries within our region. Hydraulic accumulators are pressure vessels, often containing high pressures upwards of 1000 psi or higher posing significant risks and requiring caution and attention to detail. To ensure the safety of operators and assets there are various governing regulations for accumulators. Accumulators and gas bottles are subject to the regulations and safety laws of where they are installed, Wil-Tech maintains operations in Saskatchewan and employs technicians familiar with accumulator regulations and laws of western Canada and its major the industries including Oil & Gas, farming and Mining.

Troubleshooting

Wil-Tech provides accumulator troubleshooting services. Our technicians offer troubleshooting both on site and at our shop troubleshooting. Equipped with the tools and expertise our technicians work meticulously to identify problems before they turn catastrophic and into costly repairs or replacements. We understand the cost of downtime and the importance of keeping your equipment running for as long as possible, preventative maintenance can go a long way but when accumulators aren’t performing as expected our technicians can determine causes before systems are damaged and catastrophic failure occurs.
