Maintenance & Repair
Wil-Tech provides maintenance and repair services for a vast array of fluid power systems, equipment and components. Our mechanics and technicians have extensive experience refurbishing hydraulic components including pumps, motors, pumps, valves, power units, cylinders of varying styles. We stock a well-rounded collection of common components based on over two decades of educating ourselves on the regions’ industries requirements. Components not in stock are sure to be identified as early as possible, often during inspections and troubleshooting prior to disassembly. Our team’s fluid power expertise, cohesive work flows, and industry partnerships consistently enable our exceeding of clients’ expectations.
Preventative Maintenance Programs
Wil-Tech provides a tailored preventative maintenance programs to bring consistency and assurance to the protection of our client’s assets. Our fluid power experts work with you to develop an appropriate program that balances scheduled inspections, performance tests, analysis, and maintenance. Our mechanics and technicians work meticulously to identify problems before they turn catastrophic and into costly repairs or replacements. We understand the cost of downtime and the importance of keeping your equipment running for as long as possible, preventative maintenance can go a long way but when systems and components aren’t performing as expected we can determine causes before systems are damaged and catastrophic failure occurs. 3rd Party NDT Crane Inspections
Wil-Tech provides Non-Destructive Testing (NDE) Inspections, also known as Non-Destructive Examinations (NDE) in Saskatchewan for a variety of cranes. Our technicians perform visual and NDT inspections of structural components and certify whether various below-the-hook lifting devices are fit for service. All types cranes are subject to CSA a variety of regulatory codes as part of OHS legislation and we service each of these;

SGI Vehicle Inspections
Wil-Tech provides SGI inspections to determine costs of damage done to your assets and their fluid power related components for insurance purposes. Wil-Tech is a registered partner with Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI), we adhere to SGI’s Code of Ethics & Conduct and the Confidentiality/ Non-Disclosure policy act with honesty, integrity, and respect in all interactions with all parties involved while protecting the security of confidential, personal and private information and assets of all involved.
Asset/Fleet Management
Wil-Tech provides asset/fleet management through Parker IQAN® Connect and the Parker IQAN product line. We understand asset owners concerns having expensive assets in their field, you can’t always be on site to ensure equipment is being properly maintained, our team and partners can create a cloud based management offering asset owners peace of mind and a superior level of oversight from their PC or tablet. Asset owners want to know systems are being maintained and operating at optimal temperatures, speeds, pressures, etc… IQAN Connect paired with Parker’s IQAN modules and transducers offer a platform to do just that. We offer custom fleet/asset management systems built and deployed faster and more cost effectively than deploying and modifying an out of the box system, but most importantly they are tailored to your assets and business operations.
Component Removal & Installation
Wil-Tech provides component removal and installation services. Our Estevan service centre is equipped with two 5 ton cranes capable of handling the majority of the mobile equipment components in use in the region. We offer two 80’ service bays capable of housing service rigs, drilling rig skid shacks, truck mounted cranes and pickers, service vehicles, excavator, graders, and a host of other heavy-duty equipment and vehicles. New components are installed to specification and used components are removed and refurbished. Additionally, we offer IQAN test stands for further analysis pre and post disassembly and assembly.
Wil-Tech employs Red Seal heavy-duty mechanics and technicians familiar with a wide range of construction, mining, oil & gas, agriculture, transportation, fluid transfer, bulk transport, rail, material handling equipment and their fluid power systems and components.
Equipment Inspections
Wil-Tech provides in-house equipment inspection, our mechanics meticulously review and inspect your asset. Equipment inspections are tailored to equipment type and application, ensuring your asset receives an appropriate and comprehensive review.
Equipment Certifications
Wil-Tech provides equipment certifications services that extend the operational life of your asset before mandatory servicing, as well as assist in identifying potential issues before they cause damage.
Hydraulic /Pneumatic/Electric System Installations
Wil-Tech provides system installations for hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. Our Red Seal heavy-duty mechanics and technicians are familiar with a wide range fluid power systems and electro-mechanical systems. We provide installations for mobile and stationary equipment for use in construction, mining, oil & gas, agriculture, transportation, fluid transfer, bulk transport, rail and material handling. Our departments work harmoniously together to provide parts and material specifying, sourcing through to ordering, assembly, and installation.

Hydraulic System Purification
Wil-Tech provides hydraulic system purification and fluid analysis services. Water contamination is one of the most common causes of internal damage in fluid systems, however, a variety of contaminants can make their way into systems and pose a significant risk if not promptly rectified. Our technicians take fluid samples, and perform analysis to identify levels and types of contamination, this process can help to prevent further contamination and damage to components. Our fluid purification services are an integral part of a preventative maintenance program that aims to extend the life of our clients’ assets, reduce downtime and ultimately save them money.
System Diagnostics
Wil-Tech provides system diagnostic services for a range of mobile equipment. Our technicians perform a thorough review of hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems while performing a series of test to isolate and identify inefficient or damaged components. Furthermore, our mechanics utilize system diagnostics equipment to including on our in-house IQAN test stands for further analysis.

Wil-Tech provides system performance and benchmarking services to test and compare your system to theoretical specifications and similarly configured systems. Our technicians perform a variety of tests to ensure efficiency and compare application specific measurements. Our service facility is equipped with hydraulic power units and a variety of digital test stands to enable isolation of specific componentry during performance tests to identify inefficiencies.
Welding & Machining
Wil-Tech provides machine and welding services on an equipment we service. Whether you need a modification, repair or a custom fabricated component, our fabrication shop has the solution. Our machining services include milling, lathing, honing, welding, drilling, and boring of a diverse selection of materials. Our machinists and welders offer a vast depth of knowledge and work with clients from conception to finished product, while our CAD technicians work alongside them producing manufactured drawings, assembly drawings, schematics, 3D renderings, and bill of materials. In addition, we partner with engineering firms, to certified our drawings, and provide additional support where required.
Custom Fabrication
Wil-Tech provides custom fabricating of industrial products. Our machinists, welders, mechanics, cad technician and product specialists draw upon many years of experience in industries such as oil & gas, mining, agriculture, transportation, bulk fluid handling, material handling and much more. Our product development team offer a vast depth of knowledge and work attentively with clients from conception to finished product, while our CAD technicians producing manufactured drawings, assembly drawings, schematics, 3D renderings, and bill of materials. We partner with engineering firms, to certified our drawings, and provide additional support where required.
