Inspection
Wil-Tech offers inspections for PTO and mechanical drives. Visual and auditory inspections prior to removing components can help identify issues. Further inspections can be performed to check shaft and gear conditions; seals and gasket conditions; and backlash. Our technicians can remove PTOs for internal inspections to determine full extent of repairs required.
Spec’ing and installation
Wil-Tech provides specifying and sourcing in addition to installation services. Regardless of whether you are in need of a wire shift, powershift, airshift, electric over hydraulic, or electronic over airshift our PTO experts will source the most suitable solution with a variety of mounting options, and our service technicians will install any PTO, regardless of manufacturer, to specification.
Cleaning, Sandblasting & Painting
Wil-Tech provides paint preparation and painting services for PTO. Wil-Tech houses an industrial part washing unit, sandblasting cabinet and paint booth for full service component paint preparation and painting. Our technicians take pride in sending our client’s power take offs out the door working and looking as close to as new as possible.
