Our machinists and welders offer a vast depth of knowledge and safety oversight to our cylinder department, modifying cylinders that experience high pressure while in production requires an extensive understanding of machining and welding and their effects on pressurized vessels. Heating a cylinder during welding has the potential to weaken the structural integrity of the barrel enabling pressure to deform the barrel, causing sealing issues and/or gland thread binding issues, therefore we highly recommend our clients allow our highly skilled and qualified machinists and welders perform such tasks to avoid damage to their assets, or a potentially life threatening situation.

Utilizing Parker’s extruded aluminum modular framing and accessories, in conjunction with electro-mechanical and fluid power components our IPS fabrication team build light weight structures, material handling systems, linear motion equipment, conveyors, factory machines, workstations and storage cabinets. Our team excels at providing unique IPS solutions.
