Inspection
We provide thorough inspections for a variety of motors. Over the years we’ve determined roughly 95% of components we work on are worth the time to determine if it is economically repairable. By performing visual endoscope inspections our technicians can identify bearing wear, gear wear, bulged cover, scoured shafts, deterioration in gear motors.
Generally, prior to disassembly there is not enough information to definitively determine whether a component is Beyond Economical Repair (BER), so there is a high probability our technicians will complete full dissassembly prior to providing a quote. Nevertheless, we always provide clients with a replacement cost and our best estimation prior to tear down to help you determine a course of action.

Cleaning, Sandblasting & Painting
Wil-Tech houses an industrial part washing unit, sandblasting cabinet and paint booth for full service component paint preparation and painting. Our technicians take pride in sending our client’s motors out the door refurbished to as close to as new as possible.
Troubleshooting
Wil-Tech provides troubleshooting services, regardless of whether the component is attached to the machine or to one of our test benches our technicians work meticulously to identify problems before they turn catastrophic and expensive repairs or replacements. We understand the cost of downtime and the importance of keeping your equipment running for as long as possible, preventative maintenance can go a long way but when motors aren’t performing as expected our technicians can determine causes before it systems are damaged and catastrophic failure looms.
