Wil-Tech provides valve maintenance and repair services. Hydraulic valves are critical in any hydraulic system, to increase the valves life and keep it functioning properly maintenance should never be overlooked. However, even a properly maintained valve requires part replacement eventually, our technicians have extensive experience refurbishing, resealing, and installing new cartridges, solenoids, and other mechanical and electrical components in an array of valves.

Our technicians maintain a high degree of cleanliness while repairing valves to assure they are free of dirt and debris that may clog its ports. Once disassembled the valve is thoroughly inspected, O-rings are replaced and components are either replaced or refurbished to as new.

Wil-Tech provides valve specifying and sourcing services as well as valve installation services. Our hydraulic valve experts will source the most suitable solution from an extensive inventory of Parker valves with a variety of internal cartridges and mechanisms. Wil-Tech houses an industrial part washing unit, sandblasting cabinet and paint booth for full service component paint preparation and painting. Troubleshooting

Wil-Tech provides valve troubleshooting services. Our technicians offer site troubleshooting or remove valves to be installed on our test stand. Our technicians work meticulously to identify problems before they turn catastrophic and expensive repairs or replacements. We understand the cost of downtime and the importance of keeping your equipment running for as long as possible, preventative maintenance can go a long way but when valves aren’t performing as expected our technicians can determine causes before it systems are damaged and catastrophic failure looms.
