Inspection

Wil-Tech provides winch inspection services, winch inspections and servicing are critical to ensure integrity and reliability of this critical piece of equipment. Winches provide hoisting and pulling, often under extreme loads and tension, making for dangerous or potentially lethal situations if critical failure occurs. Our technicians perform inspection services to improve safety first and foremost, however inspections can also increase the lifetime of equipment and in the case of winches an inspection can increase the amount time they are in service before requiring mandatory removal from service for complete overhaul.

Wil-Tech provides winch specifying and sourcing services as well as winch installation services. Troubleshooting

Wil-Tech provides winch troubleshooting services. Our technicians offer troubleshooting both on site and at our shop, in addition they will remove troublesome winches to be installed on our test stand for further analysis. Our technicians work meticulously to identify problems before they turn catastrophic and into costly repairs or replacements.
